Wondering for Kicks

Monday was Karaoke night (I suppose) at this bar. It was fun. Mildred was bad ass performing this one song by White Stripes. There was one song I did want to perform but I wasn’t keen on the rhythm. By the time I was gonna sign up, they were already wrapping that up. We went to the Pow Wow earlier that night, where she sung a song with her roommate. They were pretty good.

I went to the arcade earlier that night. It’s right by Mildred’s house. They have some cool cabinets. I mostly played a pinball game from “The Simpsons”. I wanted to play Pac Man but this dude was all over it. he must be very skilled at it. Bastard, ha-ha-ha.

I bought Frank Ocean’s Channel Orange. Yup, first R&B/Soul cd I ever bought. I’ll elaborate more on that later.

What Edgar drank yesterday. It’s very delicious. 

I was at Walnut, CA today shooting a music video for my friend today. We were on a lunch break. As my friend was filing up gas, I decided to take picture of this. I wanted it overexposed to make the green stand out from everything else. This was from a gas station.

The sign looks nifty to me. Not humorous but fun to look at

By the corner of La Brea/Wilshire. It’s almost done. I forget what they’re constructing. I think it’s a hotel or a complex of apartments.
