I found some great seven-inch records at Amoeba just a few hours ago with Mildred. It’s so crazy what we found. The craziest thing is how I managed to contain my emotions to myself rather than yell out when I found a certain something.
I just purchased my first smartphone. Technology will not have mercy on me.
Last night, I was researching how to maintain one’s record player. The stylus on mines is a bit wobbly when it tilts up or down. Luckily, it doesn’t alter the signal or the quality of the sound I’m listening, to that’s good. I guess the stylus is suppose to to handle some weight and pressure. It can handle grams. According to the manual of my player, it should handle between two to five grams of weight, and the tonearm is accounted for that.
we’re all completely speechless with the walking dead mid season finale but at the same time
I took this photo a couple of weeks ago while I was dropping my brother to work. We were following this car for a few blocks while I was setting my camera to take the shot. It was hard but worth it. I swerved a bit as well. You should always carry your camera. Exhibit A. I dig the license plate. This isn’t the first one I’ve seen the past few months. That’s probably the coolest design for a car, ever. I’m no car enthusiast. To own one—even though it goes less than 100 mph—would be great. A treat.
